About Amy  C.  Tarrago

Amy C. Tarrago is the Director of Twin Dragons Martial and Internal Research Institute of Arts and Body Motion Institute. As a Professional Instructor, and coach she shares her 22 years of experience in sport science and the arts to empower senior citizens, adults and youth. She began her formal sport science and artistic education at the age of 6. By 10 years old she became a member of Cuba’s Pre-National synchronized team.  In 1985 got chosen to be part of Cuba’s National synchronized swimming team. participated and won many individuals and team national and state competitions, studied kinesiology, sports bio-mechanics, sport strengthen and conditioning along with artistic expression. In 1991 travel and was accepted as member of the USA - Blue sharkettes synchronize swimming team in where she continue to expand her learning and competition level. She was the co-owner and director of a professional swimming school specializing in infants and children.

Back in 1993 while preparing her self for a competitive level she began cross training by incorporating Martial Arts where she acquired a Black Belt (Instructor) in Shorin Ryu Karate and Kun-Tao (Kung fu) in 1999. She continued her research and evolution into the Oriental Natural Fitness and Wellness. Where she graduated and it's recognized as a senior Instructor of Chi Gong, a Reiki Master, Aromatherapy and a state licensed Massage Therapist including Tui Na (Chinese Therapeutic modality) at the South Institute of Oriental Medicine.

In 2003 , her innate flexibility, passion for artistic self expression along with her strong foundation guided her into the research of Yoga, Modern Dance, Latin, Contemporary Jazz and Belly dance, where she continues her growth and education both at a university level and Private Master Classes. Among her many certifications she holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami. She is living her life’s dream of empowering and sharing with students in a safe and nurturing environment.

About Ana Bartlett

Ana is deeply committed to helping others through yoga and in 2003 became certified to teach Integral Hatha Yoga by the Yoga Research Foundation. She is also a Yoga Ed instructor for K-8th grade children and their teachers and is currently studying with Yogiraj Rod Stryker towards Pure Yoga Master Teacher Certification. She is initiated in Kriya Yoga through the Kriya Yoga Institute and initiated in Deepak Chopra’s primordial sound meditation. Ana is a certified Reiki level III Master and maintains a diet of living foods in the tradition of Dr. Ann Wigmore of the Hippocrates Institute. Ana frequently attends yoga teacher trainings and workshops through out the year. Since January 2004 Ana has taught yoga in Miami Dade College and privately. She is grateful for the guidance and teachings of all her wonderful instructors, gurus and masters and the continued support of her family, friends and students. “May everyone, everywhere, be happy, healthy, prosperous and free from suffering. About Rosemary San Nicolas, M.S.

Rosemary began her training in the art of Middle Eastern dance as a student of Samay, an internationally known professional Middle East dance artist, instructor and choreographer atMiami Dade College in 2005. Rosemary has had the honor of receiving instruction from well-renowned instructors locally and internationally (including Yousry Sharif, Nagwa Fouad, Jihan Jamal, Maria Jamal, Xiomara, Samay, Shivanna, and many more).

She was invited to join the World Dance Ensemble in 2007, directed by Shivanna and known to incorporate a fusion of hip-hop, Belly Dance, Indian Dance, African Dance, Flamenco and Salsa. Since 2005 she has performed in a number of venues including 3 of Miami Dade College's Belly dance Shows, Joharah International Hafla's, weddings, and many corporate and charity events. Rosemary completed her Master's in Psychology from Florida International University in 2006 and is currently pursuing her license in Mental Health Counseling.

Rosemary's passion for Belly Dance has resulted in her travels to Egypt, where she attended the Ahlan Wa Sahlan International Belly Dance festival, as well as Jordan. Rosemary plans to continue evolving as a dancer, instructor and performer and her goal is to share with her students the beauty and respect that this art form has to offer.

                            
                                           
About Marah Gaiti

Marah Gaiti is a Dance Instructor and the Directors Assistant at Body Motion Institute.  Her passion for the Arts brought her to Dance at the age of five. During the last eleven years she studied Ballet, (including point), Contemporary Jazz, and Belly Dance. Her interpersonal communication skills and enthusiasm to work together as a team were recognized during her three years of cheerleading when she made squad captain. Her talent and innate gift for the arts have expanded to include painting, photography and playing the piano. Marah has continued to contribute to the world of Arts as a professional member of our staff.
